• Virtual currency
• Other server-related perks and items

All products are virtual and have no real-world value.

3. Ranks

Ranks are valid for one (1) Minecraft season only, unless otherwise stated.

A “season” is defined as a period determined by server management, such as a reset or major update cycle.

When a season ends or the server resets, ranks may be reset or removed unless explicitly carried over.

4. Virtual Currency

In-game currency is digital and has no real-world monetary value.

Currency is non-transferable outside of the server ecosystem unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for loss of currency due to player actions, server resets, or rule violations.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes ranks, in-game currency, and all other digital goods.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in a permanent ban from the server and store.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for providing the correct Minecraft username at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect or mistyped usernames.

8. Server Rules

All server rules apply to purchased ranks and items.

Abuse of purchased perks may result in removal of the item without refund.

9. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or remove any product or feature at any time
• Change pricing without notice
• Reset or wipe the server when necessary
